Q. When can I expect to receive my mail-in savings?
A. If you meet all of the purchase requirements, you can expect to receive your mail-in savings within 6-8 Weeks from the time you mailed it in.


Q. How can I find out the status of my mail-in savings?
A. You can check your mail-in savings status from this site or call 1-877-776-4631.


Q. I purchased my mail-in savings item either online or over the phone and I did not receive a cash register receipt. Am I still eligible for the mail-in savings?
A. If the item is eligible for online or telephone purchases, a copy of the packing slip or delivery confirmation which shows the order date would serve as your receipt.


Q. What is a UPC code? Where is it located?
A. The UPC barcode is a barcode found on the box or the product packaging, not on your mail-in savings receipt. It is a row of black vertical lines. Beneath the lines there is a single digit number out to the left and a single digit number out to the right. In the middle there is a series of numbers. This barcode is also the manufacturer’s proof of purchase.

Q. Where can I find the serial number?
A. The serial number is usually located underneath the product.
